Cars dip but CVs rise in UK factories
UK car manufacturing dipped to -1.0% in October, ending a 14-month run of growth for the industry, said the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. It reported 151,795 vehicles were built in October, with production for export growing taking an 80.9% share of volumes. UK car making is up 25% and CVs climb as well
UK car manufacturing output rose by a quarter in May, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. It recorded 150,802 cars were built in the month, a 26.4% jump compared with May last year.
