The British roads which need repairs would stretch almost around the world and some of the worst are in Wales. Wales has become a scrapyard for abandoned cars as the numbers dumped on the roadside has tripled (347%) in four years and Rhondda tops the pile. Harsher punishments for using a mobile phone behind the wheel seems to have scared drivers in Wales, as the number of offenders has dropped 40% in a year.
