EV claims overlook payload range cost
The range of an electric van can almost halve when it is carrying a full payload in real world conditions, according to a new trial by Arval, a leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company. More vans than ever on UK roads
The number of vans on Britain’s roads has hit an all time high of 4 million. According to Motorparc data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, a total of 4,007,331 vans are in use on UK roads, a 4.3% increase since the previous year. Van sales improved in March after cars boost as well
The new van market finished the first three months of the year on a high, with a 3.3% uplift in demand in March, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
