The new Ford KA+ has been revealed.
Now with five-doors, there will be 70 and 85ps versions with the latest 1.2 litre Duratec petrol engine and 5sp manual gearbox.
Insurance groups begin at 1E for the entry level Studio costing £8,995. Launch models will add Zetec trim with the choice of both engines and later this year buyers can order Black and White models with contrast styling as the range slowly expands.
KA+ is slightly shorter than its stablemate Fiesta models but its taller and designers have shaved centremetres off the interior trim to improve elbow room and created a tall cabin so they claim it will take five people with 270 litres bootspace, enough for two large suitcases.
