Fines kick in for M4 Newport speeders
M4 drivers who break variable speed limits around Newport now face prosecution. The system was installed five years ago but only this year was it disclosed no-one had been prosecuted. Now GoSafe will begin sending out penalty notices and taking court action if necessary.
