Business Contract Hire specialist Free2Move Lease has become a supplier on the latest All Wales Framework Agreement.
This has been established by the National Procurement Service, which arranges collaborative procurement frameworks for a range of goods and services on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector, as a ‘’One-stop-shop” for all Welsh Public Sector Vehicle Contract Hire requirements.
Free2Move Lease has been awarded a place on both Lots 1 & 2 of the Framework Agreement, which means the company will be able to tender for Welsh Public Sector Contract Hire requirements for Cars, 4x4s and any Commercial Vehicles up to 3.5-tonnes gross vehicle weight (GVW). The Framework Agreement can also be used for the supply of alternative fuel vehicles, hybrid vehicles and ultra-low emission vehicles as well as fully converted vehicles, which Free2Move Lease also offers.
The Framework Agreement represents a major opportunity for Free2Move Lease to demonstrate its expertise in the vehicle finance sector and build a substantial public sector client base in Wales. Organisations that can use the Framework Agreement include Local Authorities, NHS Organisations, the emergency services, Housing Associations, Higher and Further Education organisations, schools, sixth-form colleges and academies, Welsh Government and Welsh Government sponsored bodies, Third Sector organisations and Charities. Free2Move Lease will be listed as a supplier on the Framework Agreement Awarded for up to four years.
“Gaining a place as a supplier on the All Wales Contract Hire Framework agreement is a major opportunity for Free2Move Lease to increase the size of our Public Sector fleet and to demonstrate what we can offer to a wider range of Public Sector customers, in what is a key target area for growth for us over the coming years,” said Free2Move Lease General Manager Mark Pickles.
