Councils planning to sweep away new 20mph limit
Councils across Wales are preparing to exempt scores of roads from the new 20mph default speed limit in under a month’s time. Speed awareness courses accelerate
There has been a massive rise in drivers attending speed awareness courses to avoid prosceution, but some insurers are now penalizing them.
