Councils planning to sweep away new 20mph limit
Councils across Wales are preparing to exempt scores of roads from the new 20mph default speed limit in under a month’s time. Speed awareness courses accelerate
There has been a massive rise in drivers attending speed awareness courses to avoid prosceution, but some insurers are now penalizing them. Drivers and riders in Wales are among the most likely to break the law, says the AA.
