The service, parts and accessories business of Alpina, Munich will become part of BMW.
For half a century, the Alpina brand has been operating independently of the luxury car maker and is highly respected and is seen as a natural fit with BMW, who had entered into a supply relationship until the end of 2025, but this will naturally now evolve as the acquisition progresses, although no details of the financial arrangements have been released.
