Garmin announced its most advanced truck sat navs yet, the dēzl 570 and dēzl 770.
The two new sat navs feature large 5 and 7-Inch glass displays in a rugged housing that make it easy to see information at a glance, even on a large dashboard.
Designed to assist truckers on the road in the best possible way, the dēzl devices add a range of new truck-specific features, such as easy route shaping, specific points of interest and headset support (dēzl 770 only). Also new to the dēzl series are the latest navigation features from Garmin, including Garmin Real Directions, free HD Digital Traffic 1, Up Ahead and Foursquare® data.
Additionally, the dēzl 570 and dēzl 770 are compatible with the new BC 30 backup camera 2.
Every year, thousands of drivers get into accidents when reversing because they can’t see what’s behind their vehicle 3. By adding a backup camera option to a large range of nüvis, Garmin makes this important technology accessible to more drivers.
The BC 30 backup camera is sold separately and provides a live camera feed from the rear of the vehicle to eliminate the blind spot.
The 770 costs £379 and the 570 is £319.
