Millennials in Cardiff are among the most likely to hire a car when needed and not own one, according to statistics from Europcar UK.
London and Bristol topped the rent-and-go delivery and collection service of Europcar but Cardiff outpaced Birmingham and even Manchester for the casual users who valued doorstep delivery to home or workplace.
