A major software update brings a whole range of new features to TomTom LIVE Services customers.
Drivers can access Expedia and Trip Advisor, share their destination on Twitter, and enjoy many other enhanced features.These services were previously available only on the latest GO LIVE 1005 models. With TomTom Search & Go, drivers can pick a hotel with availability and price information from Expedia, and find the best places to visit using trusted reviews from TripAdvisor. Once they’re on their way, they can keep friends and family up to date with their destination and arrival time on Twitter.
The free software update includes dozens of other new features and enhancements. A route viewer gives drivers a bird’s eye view of alternative routes, several improvements have been made to the Speed Cameras service, and content sharing is now far easier. The device also now automatically turns on and off with the car ignition.
