The route of Wales Rally GB has been published and tickets are now on sale for the spectator stages.
Once again the UK round of the World Rally Championship, which has been hotly contested so far this year with four different winners over six rounds, will be held to co-incide with the autumn half-term 26-29 October and the organisers are giving free admission to accompanied children.
Starting and finishing in Conwy with the rally village utilising land at Toyota Deeside engine plant, this year’s 180-miles event sees the reintroduction of two night stages on the Saturday, adding another dimension and test to the drivers’ skills and increasing excitement for spectators.
On-line pre-booked rally tickets cost less than those bought on the day and this year include the booking fee which was the subject of complaints in previous years.
