Former global car exective Carlos Ghosn is appealing a Dutch court ruling that he must repay about $6 Million in salary from Nissan-Mitsubishi.
He had claimed about $18 Million from the Dutch registered car company for unfair dismissal and lost income, but in a dramatic turn last week the court ruled against him and instead ordered him to repay the salary he was paid before he was arrested in 2019 and subsequently fled to his native Lebanon.
