Sinclair Volkswagen Cardiff after-sales manager Lee Mitchell has joined the marque’s gold club.
Britain’s second best selling UK brand recently recognised ten colleagues who have clocked up long service and Lee is among them for over 30 years service and exceptional assistance to customers.
He said, “I started at JB Volkswagen in about 1985. I was cleaning cars and then worked my way up and did an apprenticeship to become a Volkswagen qualified technician.
“I’ve done a variety of different roles and as the dealership has changed hands over the years I’ve always stayed on. Part of my nomination was down to the help I put into designing the Real Time Communications system.
“It was piloted at Sinclair Cardiff a few years ago and I helped to get it to the point where it was ready to be launched around the whole company.”
