Dyfed Dirt Bike Club has presented a cheque for £5000 to the Chemotherapy Unit at Glangwili Hospital Carmarthen.
The club runs the annual Arwyn Rees memorial Caio Enduro and makes a donation to a local charity from the proceeds of the event, and this year the money went to the unit outside Carmarthen which serves the West Wales community.
Club chairman Cefin Evans from the Lampeter based DDBC thanked locals in the village of Caio for their continued help over the years as well as landowners which the event travels on and some members from the DDBC were on hand for the presentation in a local public house.
