Children had a lucky escape when the unsecured jib of a grabber swung around on a merchant’s lorry and damaged walls and cars in Barry today.
Police are investigating the incident in Lakin Drive, Highlight Park where children were playing outside their home and had to leap inside for protection as the lorry came down the hill knocking down walls and smashing into cars before stopping.
