The brand has offered the service to its entire UK Retail Network via long-standing partner, GMD People.
RRS is a tailored recruitment service that makes use of social media to attract applicants to vacancies.
With average staff turnover rates in the retail automotive sector ranging between 35 and 40 per cent, recruitment is a time-consuming and costly process. By using RRS, retailers no longer need to wade through piles of CVs or schedule hours of interview time with a long list of candidates that may or may not be suitable.
The system saves vast amounts of recruiting time and effort for the retailer, allowing them to focus instead on their day-to-day business. Innovative technology matches candidates to the specific role they are applying for, meaning RRS selects the right people the first time, every time.
RRS costs a maximum of £297 per month per retailer market area, for as many vacancies as needed. Unlike recruitment agencies, the service does not operate on a commission basis and therefore presents a more cost-effective solution.
