A row has erupted over the continuing closure of the Cwmcarn Forest Drive above Newport.
It closed to allow tree felling three years ago but now Natural Resources Wales says it cannot reopen unless its better funded as part of an overall improvement scheme in the area but nearly 1,000 people have signed a petition calling for the reopening.
