Residents in 30 towns and cities in the UK with traffic congestion are renting out driveways getting over £1,000 annually per space.
London residents are raking in £2,303 annually, a 6% rise on 12 months ago but the most desirable addresses are pulling in £3,367 a year.
The business has caught on in Cardiff where spaces are going for about £25 a week or £1,250 annually near the city centre and Swansea is close behind with an average of £1,218.
